Welcome to my Kitchen!
I’m not really sure where I picked up my interest in cooking, although
Mom and Dad Holmes were certainly encouraging. Certainly, I’m no expert
chef and I seriously doubt that I’ll have any restaurant pounding down
my door tomorrow begging me to come cook for them. All the same, I think
I’ve had pretty good results in the kitchen (no deaths yet) and I’m happy
to share them with you here!
Here's what's up in my kitchen:
My recipe book contains some of my favorite recipes. Many of these recipes
are posted as an electronic column called "Jim's Kitchen" on CompuServe's
Wine Forum.
I'll try and update this fairly often with new recipes.
I've stumbled across or had passed on to me several handy tips for the
kitchen or cooking in general.
