Centerville
United Methodist Church understands that Mission and Outreach are the
foundations for spreading the Good News of Jesus Christ in our community and
around the world. Mission and outreach are our way of witnessing to the reality
of God's goodness in our lives as we share in the need of others. Our
comprehensive and ongoing mission program is a vital link between the church and
the needs of the world. The Mission Commission keeps us informed of those who
are hungry, sick and lonely and those who experience spiritual, physical and
emotional needs. The congregation is invited to respond to these needs with
prayer, educational awareness and the stewardship of their time, talents and
resources. Children, youth
and adults are encouraged to participated in Mission and Outreach throughout the
