During the month of October 2007, DONet’s technical support department will be available until 7:00PM, Monday thru Friday, and on Saturday from 10:00AM until 3:00PM. We will be doubling our evening support to quickly respond to our customers’ needs during this interim period. Beginning in November 2007, evening support will be available until 6:00PM and Saturday support hours will be discontinued.

We’re making these changes so that we can focus our support staff on the days and times our customers tell us they need it the most. We’re actually increasing our technical support manning by 25% during our core daytime hours to serve our customers better!

As always, DONet engineers will monitor our network and services 24×7 to ensure maximum uptime.
