On Saturday, July 9th, DONet systems administrators migrated customer files from our previous file server to a massive Storage Area Network (SAN). The SAN not only dramatically increased our storage capacity — we now have 1.3 terabytes of usable RAID-5 storage space — it also provided a noticeable improvement in performance.

This upgrade is only one of many DONet has been planning and working on over the past 8 months, as we redesign our infrastructure to provide the best possible service. We appreciate your patience during this transition.
